In many ways, Dino is an old school coach using a unique offensive approach.  Imo, if we have to reverse those percentages over the course of a season, then we're in trouble as evidenced by the 2016 and 2017 stats:

2016 (4-8)
Rush Plays:       449 (1435 = 3.2 Avg/Rush)  = [B]46.0% [/B]
[U]Pass Plays:        461 (3441 = 7.5 Avg/Att)     = [B]54.0%[/B][/U]
Total Plays:      971  (5290 = 5.4 Avg/Play)   = 100%

2017
Rush Plays:       479 (1938 = 4.0 Avg/Rush)  = [B]46.7% [/B]
[U]Pass Plays:        548 (3538 = 6.5 Avg/Att)     = [B]53.3%[/B][/U]
Total Plays:     1027 (5476 = 5.3 Avg/Play)   = 100%
 
In general, throwing the ball 60% of the time is a recipe for disaster.  Now...I can see a scenario where total passing yardage approaches 60% of total yardage.  But, Imo, this can only happen paired with an effective/dynamic running game.
