On the video you can see him particpating, warming up in pads, no green Jersey. Seems he just practiced in sweats. Usually a move to sweat and get weight down.

Limited. Unclear exactly how much he participates given the short open period. Have seen him participate in some drills, watch others since spring ball started.

Those were some really substantive write-ups, for just being tweets.

I could totally see Julian breaking down film on Inside the NFL, drawing upon the insight he brings to the table as a former player. He's really got talent as a sports reporter.

Any way we can get Associate Athletic Director Jason Poles to suit it up one more time?

We could use a big, fast, athletic, smart SS!!!

Come on Jason! Go for the medical redshirt!!
I didn't know Jason was an Associate Athletic Director. I remember watching him play in the dome against West Virginia, picking off a pass in the red zone, and taking it the length of the field for a TD!

Development - Major Gifts.

He is Mr. Syracuse.

Very well-liked and very good at what he does.

He was a captain and a very good football player - a really big and fast safety.

I reminded him of that when I met him.

He’s a great guy. If you get the chance to meet him, do it.

He is an awesome Orange Ambassador and a hell of a guy

I'm not sure there's a fan who meets him and doesn't remind him about that. I know I did. Heck, I think Marc Bulger would launch into the "Hey, remember when..." if they ever bumped into each other.

And the Tom Brady sack, and the 15 yarder he picked up for showboating it. :)

I always liked this picture from that game,

Fan of a certain age...

I was trying to be unique! To his credit, he didn't give me "yeah, I get that all the time" face.

That did happen, but it was a BS call.

Jason simply put his hand to his ear - that was it.

It was an early game - the refs had been encouraged to address player demonstrations - within a week or two those kinds of calls were not being made.

From high school to sacking Tom Brady in a matter of months.

Of course, who knew Tom Brady would end up being Tom Brady. But he was still the home team QB in the big house. Where, up until then, no one ever beat them up the way we did that day.

One future Hall of Famer tackling another future Hall of Famer.
