Looks like Ray Rychleski got dumped from the Colts (presumably along with the rest of staff). He coached ST and TE/HB. He also spent about 10 years at Maryland, recruiting MD/WV/NC. Does anyone recall anything about his tenure there? Might be a good pickup and fit several needs for us.
