Beverly D'Angelo

Not much of a basketball team, but we'll dominate you in comedic one-liners, dramatic legal analysis, and flying elbow drops.

Jan. 6

Pearl Washington
Syd Barrett
Ndamukong Suh
Jameis Winston
and Norman "Daryl" Reedus

With Pearl leading the way, and Daryl and Suh doing the dirty work (and occasionally Jameis), I feel like this would be a pretty good "Walking Dead" team ... and as for tragic Pink Floyd member Syd? I guess he'd sort of fit in as a Eugene-like character?

You had me until Al Jarreau and Don't Worry Be Happy.

You had me until Al Jarreau and Don't Worry Be Happy.

Hey, I have no control over who was born on March 12. If I did, only the Bull, Kerouac and Albee would be here. Taylor's a bleeping wimp who doesn't even write most of his own songs. Minnelli defines the word 'overwrought', and I hated that Jarreau song, especially since it celebrated the brain-dead Reagan years.

I just meant that Al Jarreau had nothing to do with Don't Worry Be Happy.

Jarreau did record Goodhands Tonight, which might make a better motto for a basketball team
