More concerning is that Jimmy and Swider struggle so much to get others good looks.  Swider hasn't had an assist in five games!

I don't think either is selfish it's more physical/skill set limitations.  Swider has neither the handle nor the athleticism to take anyone off the dribble so the defender is right in his face and all he can do is swing the ball harmlessly back to Buddy or Joe.  Jimmy has a better handle (not great) but he seems not see the floor completely.  He's had some success driving but seems solely focused on his drive.

The three potential solutions I see here:

[*]Fast break and finding the open shooter: not very likely against athletic teams since we can't rebound and even if we do rebound or create turnovers we aren't beating teams down the floor in a foot race
[*]Cole and Jimmy have the height to pass over smaller defenders and feed the post more.  Jesse needs to present himself more strongly as a target
[*]Screening: not a current strength and we are physically a weaker team but this shouldn't be so hard

It's really too bad we can't fast break as the shooters on this team would be absolutely deadly in transition and setting up by the 3 point line.
