Stat of the day

Great point and that's not why I am measuring up the schedule to see how many we can win. We showed a pulse and life today but they gashed us all day and just coughed it up 5x. They beat us from the Los, also with many frosh on the offensive side of the ball. Classic cfg where the final score doesn't relate to who played better, but rather who was more opportunistic.

You’re just not happy unless you’re taking a big, wet dump in the punchbowl, are you?

They ran 20 plays more than us. That means they had a lot more time of possession, too.
Babers (and his system) is not concerned with time of possession. He wants quick-strike offense, and that's what we saw vs. GT.

He doesn't much care for the bad tackling though. Better tackling shortens the opposition's drives, and balances time of possession.
