Watched a lot of football today with friends. Literally didn't want to do anything else due to being so amped up.

Big thing I noticed.. Lots of WRs doing what Steve Ishmael does and guess what?... None of them got called for OPI.

Just now Ridley for UGA pushed off for a TD and it was 2 arms fully extended. No call. Announcers don't even mention it.

Apparently as long as you're not Steve Ishmael, this is allowed.

I saw that in the early games as well

I saw the Ridley one and thought the same exact thing, I was going to post it, but I figured I was the only person watching that game :)

Ish does it every play. More go his way than against.

Definitely a very physical route runner, that's for sure.

The only thing that irritates me is that the interpretation of the rule varies by official & crew... not a ton of consistency in the triggers.

Dude...Ish is really good. No doubt. But he pushes A LOT. Great player, and IMO should play on Sundays. But when he pushes, he pushes. Totally agree that happens elsewhere, but he’s got to find a way to use both the space he has created and what he can get hand fighting.

They all do it. The reason he gets flagged more than others is because his arms are so long, it "looks" worse than it is. His wingspan is remarkable really, guy can scratch his knees standing up.
