Smith has been really good to SU over the years. It's too bad we've gotten away from that pipeline in recent years, but hopefully that gets rectified one final time with Mintz.

You know who I would've like to have take over Oak Hill? Red Autry. He recruits DelMarVa already, has lots of relationships. For him to be head coach of some of the elite talent in HS every year could benefit us, obviously, from a recruiting perspective, and would give him a great platform to try out as a head coach with spotlight to it.
