Recalibrating the zones vs. flat increases were going to create issues the first year they did it. They probably could have handled it differently (over time, phased for most impacted, especially for loyal holders). That would have been my suggestion. But at some point in time, they figured they had to rip the band aid off.

Would love [USER=71]bnoro[/USER]'s insight on this whole topic. I have no insight into ticketing and strategies so we're all just making stuff up.

But it's clear this has angered a lot of fans based on what I was told.
