I dunno but we need his defense and 5 fouls desperately if we want to win 15 games this year jk. But we do need his defense imo.

I don’t think McLeod and elite has ever been used in the same sentence until now.

McLeod blocked shots at a higher rate than anyone else in Division 1 last year. And he did it against some of the best teams in basketball before getting injured.

Many of the layups we've allowed would have been rejected if he was in.

I'm not saying he's a savior, but what has he done to not even get a chance? Is he injured?

Does Red just think he's a liability so that he can't even get a few minutes?

Red's coaching has been terrible, imo. McLeod is a big part of that.

If the staff views McLeod as unplayable against teams with mobile centers, how did they go into last season counting on him as starting center? He had two years of game footage to review -- it's not like they couldn't have known who he is.

I just wish the crack Syracuse reporters would ask about McLeod being benched instead of asking about Red's feelings.

They aren't therapists, they're sports journalists abdicating their duties because the HC got a little animated.
