If you subscribe to ESPN (US) and have a VPN to make you appear to be in the US then you should be all set.

ESPN Player is the subscription service for overseas residents. Despite having a VPN the Watch ESPN and ESPN + apps go by your actual location data to allow access rather than your IP location. I subscribed to ESPN Player and it is even better than Watch ESPN in my opinion. Living in Korea, it was easy to watch the SU-Liberty game after everything was said and done. The live stream for UL-ND was good on mobile and on TV internet.
