This one is really hitting me hard.

He played a huge role in my introduction to sports as a kid in the 90s.

Same. I grew up every morning watching Kilborn, Eisen, or Stuart.

Really hitting me harder than I thought it would.

He battled the disease with courage and grace three different times. My heart goes out to his daughters and to his family and friends.

What a great sportscaster, and a guy who seemed like a great man as well. He had a big influence on my interest in sports at an early age and I'm sure he did for anyone into sports who is currently in their late 20's or early 30's.
