Just an horrendous weekend for Syracuse sports. I’m glad Headmaster9 & I stayed in NYC instead of driving back to Syracuse for the soccer game or we would think we were in some way the bad mojo this weekend.
The decision to move the game to Colgate was the deciding factor as we decided to sleep in this morning and making it a relaxing drive back to Syracuse.

Was concerned about this matchup and was really hoping Rider would’ve beaten Akron. Akron wanted revenge and after their L to SU, they beat a bunch of good ranked teams like Creighton, Sparty, etc.

Akron is always very good but they have knocked out Wake and defending champ Stanford now. College Cup set:

Akron VS Michigan St.
Indiana VS Maryland

I think the Zips are taking it.
