Somehow, Gait's roster is totally lacking in speed. He needs to devote the next two recruiting classes to getting players who can RUN.

There are a lot of football fans who think he is way overpaid from Doc Gross and getting rid of his salary would open up a pool of money to increase assistant football coaches salaries to get them more in line with other P5 schools. Any thoughts on Gait's job security? I'm thinking his job is safe.
