Nice win! Stony Brook beat 3 Power 5 teams last season and finished 23-6, so they are not a bad program.

Nice to feel like getting a rebound won't be a helpless endeavor this year. Strong and Lewis looked really good.

Really need to find some consistent 3 point shooting.

(edit) In 2022, under FLJ's newly christened team and guidance, we began by defeating Stonybrook by 23, 79 - 56. Facing Colgate Thursday.
This afternoon, a great start by FLJ and her team. One game at a time per FLJ. They looked great!

Nice win, improvement from Lemoyne game, defense stepup especially in 2nd qtr where the game was won and then never allowed Stony Brook any run to get back in. 42 pts in the paint so don't think we will see as many 3's shot as in past years. Good start.

Georgia Woolley - 2021 MAC Freshman of the Year and 3-pt shooter - just made her first 3 in a Syracuse uniform.

She will eventually be in the Starting lineup, good shooter, and at 6 feet has length.
