Haha. Towards the end when they did not call a foul on Ohio St. I texted my friend who was at last night's game, but now back in NJ, and asked if all of these officials are friends or something. It seemed like they wanted to make it more of a game at the end. Ohio St. really threw everything at us, and these girls did not flinch at all. We just gave it right back. Kuddos to Vonn for the game plan and for the girls in executing all night long and hitting many key free throws. Teisha...well what else is there to say.Great job by the ladies!
Horrific officiating!
Broadcasting team? I have no words.
I think Vonn has more personality than we might realize...
I'll bet he's become the stabilizing influence when there was so much tumult. That is exactly what the team needed and I've got to say I did not expect it.I think Vonn has more personality than we might realize...

My observation from casually watching WBB for the last 20 years is that there are a few top programs that rarely lose to a school that wouldn't be considered elite. Then you had schools like Syracuse that might be ranked 10th-25th but would rarely crack the final four and almost never upset the top programs.well that was a game, no quit in this team
This is a great point, Muffet McGraw retired and Notre Dame was a power house. The arc of parity in women's college bball will take some time given that most colleges invest as little as they can in the program, including SyracuseWBB will be losing the Auriemmas and the VanDerveer's of the world as they eventually retire but there might be some room at the top to compete against Dawn Staley and whomever else rises to the top.
