It’s nice that both teams could carpool down to rdu. I’m sure the chartered plane ride was a little sweeter for the womens team with another win. Two more regular season games left. Man this season has flown by. I guess I wasn’t way off saying this team was wildly underrated at the start of February.

I said at the beginning of the season and I’ll keep saying it getting Volpe going is critical she’s crazy talented as a distributor and shooter. To hear Regy say she’s finally heathy is huge.

Given the way Regy has coached this team and turned their season around from the 0-3 start I wouldn't mind seeing him as the men's coach at some point down the line.

So far Volpe, has been more of a distributor this season. Probably due to not wanting to re-injure herself which is understandable, but this offense desperately needs her to shoot more often. We got a little taste of what she was capable of in the post season last year against Yale. She is insanely talented, and for her to be used solely as a distributor is criminal. Hope she can stay healthy and get going for this final stretch.

Good suggestion, and she did score 3 goals yesterday. Have to do something to get the offense going. Sooner or later they will run into a team that they can't hold to single digits and that will require more offense.
