Is there a single source for a list of where SU (and maybe CNY in general) players are currently signed? The Post Standard had something previously, but I can't recall how thorough it was. I know it was good at saying what players had accomplished the preceding week, but that's all I remember. It (sadly) had been easier for much of the past 20 or so years, but now we have multiple UDFAs in the mix as well, and some of them have legitimate shots at seeing the field in the next few years.

Anyway, I was perusing the ESPN camp reports and realized I didn't know where some of our players ended up this year, from 2025 and other recent draft classes as well. I was hoping there is, or could be, such a list.

I would volunteer to start one, but I have never done anything like that previously on this site. If it isn't that hard, and if there are posters who could help, then my offer stands. Further, if this is the direction this ends up going, I would obviously welcome updates/info, and maybe bits of information you would like to see on the list. I am not thinking of stats as that would get very involved. But instead, things like: Position played, years and school attended, status (active, PUP/IR, practice squad--if these are available), etc.

Just throwing this out there. Let me know if there is a source, or if there is interest in having this type of list/database.

Let's Go Orange!!!

ESPN has a college alumni tracker. As far as CNY players who didn't go to Syracuse, I'm not sure the best way to track that. It does have Justin Outten listed for us on this link, but he is actually on the Seahawks coaching staff, not playing

That will do just fine! Thank you so much!!!

With the first week of pre-season action starting tomorrow, I wanted to check out which games would have SU guys who are fighting for roster spots - thought I'd share the info for your watching convenience.

Didn't include guys who are starters/ have roster spots locked up (like Bergeron, Garret Williams, Zaire, etc.), because their preseasons won't be as interesting and they likely won't get much playing time till the final preseason game.

Couldn’t be a better culture fit than Meeks with Lions.

Is Savion Washington still with the Chargers? I didn't see him play at all last week.

Ronde Barber, analyst for Bucs preseason TV broadcasts, said Sean Tucker is good enough to be a #1 back in the NFL. Ronde said Tuck has body to run inside and speed to run outside. He also said Sean was the fastest Buc running back.

I'd add Sean Tucker and Riley Dixon for Tampa Bay. Tucker got the most carries of any Buc back and Riley is their punter.

Let's Go Orange!!!

This is what Syracuse.com put together last year. I'd imagine another version will be coming soon, once rosters are settled:

Not sure if former rb Javeon Howard is eligible for this list. He transferred to Alcorn St. and had a tryout with the Bills yesterday.

53 MAN ROSTER / PROJECTIONS/ ESPN * Projected to stay

MARLOWE WAX

LINEBACKERS (10):
Denzel Perryman, Daiyan Henley, Troy Dye, Junior Colson, Kyle Kennard, Khalil Mack, Bud Dupree, Tuli Tuipulotu, Del'Shawn Phillips, Caleb Murphy

Murphy's preseason performance in practice and in games earns him a spot in this projection. He could see a significant role in the regular season, depending on how healthy Kennard is going into Week 1 -- he missed time during training camp with an undisclosed injury. Phillips, who is going into his sixth season, was just recently activated from the physically unable to perform list but earns a spot because of his special team's prowess and experience. Marlowe Wax will be the toughest cut here, as the undrafted rookie free agent has been one of the team's most impressive players.

FADIL DIGGS*

DEFENSIVE LINEMEN (10):
Cameron Jordan, Chase Young, Carl Granderson, Fadil Diggs, Chris Rumph II, Bryan Bresee, Davon Godchaux, Nathan Shepherd, Vernon Broughton, Khristian Boyd

It felt like a toss-up between Saunders and Shepherd going into camp, but the Saints showed their cards in the second preseason, sitting Shepherd and trading Saunders to the Jaguars. Isaiah Foskey made the roster before camp, but rookie Diggs has quickly surpassed him. With Saunders gone, Boyd gets the last roster spot. John Ridgeway III was recently injured and is a potential candidate for injured reserve if his pec issue is long term.

LEQUINT ALLEN*

RUNNING BACKS (4)
: Travis Etienne Jr., Tank Bigsby, Bhayshul Tuten, LeQuint Allen Jr.

It looks like a committee approach here, because the Jaguars like featuring Tuten's speed (especially as a pass catcher), and Allen is the best pass protector in the group. Those two rookies will play a lot, which will take away some work from Etienne and Bigsby. Etienne also will be a fixture in the pass game.

ORONDE GADSDEN*

TIGHT ENDS (3):
Tyler Conklin, Oronde Gadsden II, Will Dissly

On paper, this tight end group is the most well-rounded the Chargers have had in recent memory. The hope is that Gadsden, a rookie fifth-rounder, emerges as a reliable pass catcher. His performance this offseason has shown that he might be that player.

KYLE MCCORD

QUARTERBACKS (3):
Jalen Hurts, Sam Howell, Tanner McKee

The Eagles acquired Howell from the Vikings on Sunday. He can serve as the No. 2 if McKee (injured finger on throwing hand) isn't ready for the start of the season and then can transition to a solid third option. Rookie Kyle McCord was in that No. 3 role this summer but needs more seasoning.

JAKSON MEEKS*

WIDE RECEIVERS (7):
Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jameson Williams, Kalif Raymond, Tim Patrick, Isaac TeSlaa, Dominic Lovett, Jackson Meeks.

Meeks, undrafted out of Syracuse, has likely earned a spot in a talented room after a strong preseason in which he logged 171 receiving yards and two touchdowns over games against Atlanta and Miami. Rookies TeSlaa and Lovett were also productive and could contribute to the squad on special teams.

WAIVED: KYLE MCCORD, MARLOWE WAX, JACKSON MEEKS, ALIJAH CLARK, JUSTIN BARRON, CLARENCE LEWIS, MAXIMILLIAN MANG, SAVION WASHINGTON(DNPASS PHYSICAL), TOM CALLAHAN ?
