big question: why not?
big question: why not?
SPD blew him off with SOL. Why he wouldn't have provided it to SU begs questions.Nothing in this story makes sense. Davis never went to the police with the tape. Then he goes to SU wanting the school to investigate but doesn't provide the tape? Why would he not provide the tape to the TWO authorities who have the ability to act but did provide the tape to the two media outlets who cannot act? Unless it is fake, I cannot think of a reason.
If the tape existed when the SU investigation went down, what was Davis' motive for not releasing the tape? Perhaps he felt it would be damaging to his "love interest" (Laurie Fine)?

Wouldn't you love to be able to ask 5 questions of each party in question? Nobody seems to ask relevant questions - yet.
this is good newsThis was the one fact I wanted the university to say of it was true.

Forgot about the fact that the tape had been released to them. I give up on trying to keep track of all the twists and turns in this story. Next stop is JBs expected statement. If that is the case then why give it to the PS or ESPN? If either ran the story in 2003 wouldn't that have been just as damaging?

SU spokesman: Bobby Davis did not provide the Laurie Fine audio tape when the university investigated his claims in 2005.
Now that we have that statement from the University wait until Wednesday and ESPN will produce the certified mail return receipt cards from the packages in which Davis alleges he shipped copies of the tape to BSK, Cantor and JB.
