And by Feldmeier, who has an expanding plant next to I90 I drive by everyday.

Great job by some of our local businesses. We need more with Meier in their name!

If SU has those tickets in the student section all of the rest of our fans realizations will come true on all these these threads.

Nothing like seeing all the sponsored teams in the new student sections that displaced all the fans in the previous sections at the UConn game for season ticket holders. If I was going to sponsor something I Would make sure that Didn't happen given the previous sponsorship and obviously sensitivity it may bring.

Glad the outside got the opportunity but it was a big piss off to season ticket holders that got displaced for that effort. and it was pretty much empty still regardless of the attempted coverup/etc.

Pretty much called it, but will be no admittance all around for the University other than a bogus (certain students gave up their tickets BS) but it hard to ignore when there are peeps older than I with people younger that I and college standards would admit (under 12) all pilling together. And so sporadically spread out and all in PERFECT rows and grouping.

But SU had reached out to the students early in the season to see who was going to be around for Thanksgiving break and what not.

The students had an option to keep their tickets or release them back to the university.

This is not BS this is legit what happened and I know first hand.

Those seats were available because of the students saying they wouldn’t be at these games. Because the students don’t have assigned seats, they just needed a count of how many tickets they needed.

There are a lot of SU fans that prefer to watch from the comfort of their couch and it's not crazy to think there's a contingent that finds the bar experience cheaper and more convenient. It's also ridiculous to compare spending. Between tickets and parking alone you're looking at $100 easy for a single game ticket, and probably much higher for good seats near midfield or down below. I doubt even the worst degenerates would blow $100 on beer at one sitting at a bar.

I know many people that would love to support Meiers creek before the game and then ride to the dome, watch the game and then return back to have a couple more beers!

Even a nooner. Park your car, buy your shuttle pass. If you return to eat and drink you get a discount or shuttle fare applied to your bill.

Yup...close in parking is harder every year. A shuttle from the inner harbor for many is better than Skytop
