Garrett Williams said spring ball gave him the chance to work on some of the things he struggled with last year, especially in regard to technique. The extra reps have also helped him better understand how to play certain coverages against different formations.
Garrett Williams on whether there's pressure with the three DBs leaving: "I don't think there's any pressure. ... I think we've got guys ready to step accordingly." Tried to ask about the other CBs. He said everyone has had moments and that competition is good. No specifics.
Garrett Williams on drawing top opposing receivers: "I just see it as an opportunity to get better and showcase myself."
Garrett Williams said the hard work that he sees around the DB room this spring will produce cohesion.
