If you had ever purchased season tickets, you would know that it's the stub that reflects payment. "lol".

Mine are digital, and I'm just going by the photo you're showing us. Perhaps some clarification when selling tickets online, that say this is not a ticket would have helped?

They are a 100% mobile ticket only venue.

Especially for season ticket holders. I know you could order commemorative paper tickets

Paper tickets are still around for some. The scanner just scans the barcode

Not everyone has the ability to utilize mobile tickets cause they don't have mobile phones. I prefer the paper tickets because it's easier to give them to family or friends. Hope this satisfies the skeptics!

I bought from the athletic department's away game allotment for the Pitt game and the confirmation message when the transaction was completed said paper tickets will be mailed to me about 10 days before the game.
