So there you go. We have a roster of generally average D-1A guys on offense now, few NFL players, and this is what the staff can do with them. With a QB that generally can't hit the deep ball and no breakaway types at WR or RB, we're still top 25. Hopefully recruits are noticing.

FWIW I think that improvement would come from breakaway plays with better (faster) talent. Not sure that there is as much room for improvement off the base offense, which seems to be doing pretty well without those game-changers.

Agree 100%. There would be less "inside the 5" red zone issues if there were a few more big plays after the catch.
