I would play at +3 but the EV at +3.5 (where the line is now) is far better because it allows for so many additional end of game scenarios.

In the Kentucky / Tennessee game I saw the UK coach get the unsportsmanlike call. Just like Dino he was way more understated than Schiano.

I've seen them given out for as little as being a couple of feet onto the field trying to yell loud enough for someone to hear you if you'd been warned by the same official prior to.

If they're not on the field and got one, pretty good chance a swear word was involved.
