Now that Temple will join the Big East Conference in basketball starting in 2013, Syracuse may not have to wait until 2014 to leave for the ACC. “I'm open to having discussions with Pitt and Syracuse about having an earlier departure than 2014,” Commissioner John Marinatto said. Marinatto had stated he wouldn't be open to Pitt and Syracuse leaving early for the ACC.

Um no! We announced before the beginning of this season and well before the beginning of the BE season so even with 27 months or whatever we would be able to play an ACC conference schedule in 2013/14 season. Not football but deffinitally bball. No wonder this conference is falling apart . . . . marinara sauce cant even count.
