Will Hicks: "The biggest thing w/ Ron is consistency in what he does. (NFL scouts) all want to see that with anybody that comes out early."

Will Hicks on Ron Thompson leaving early: "I would've liked for him to stay, but if it's the best decision for Ron I support it 100%."

Will Hicks said he always encourages players to stay in college, thinks it's in their best interest.

Will Hicks didn't have a draft range yet for ex-Syracuse DE Ron Thompson, but would be surprised if he wasn't taken. "He'll end up playing."
