Does anyone know if UNC is under a continuing investigation? A little over a year ago before the news broke at Penn State and also before the Bernie Fine fiasco I read stories about UNC being in hot water, possibly as bad as a near-death penalty situation. I guess that was hyperbole. Go figure.
