Where does the overflow go? Or ideas of a less packed place?

I usually drive behind the garden on the way home to NJ (little Lincoln tunnel shortcut sneak-thievery)...but I'm pretty sure there are a few bars in the radius surrounding MSG. Don't worry, will figure it out as we get closer to December. Not to mention, I know the west side well, as do others in our group. We'll find a good place and I have a friend who runs a bar/restaurant not far uptown from the garden. The place him and his dad used to run, one of the best burgers in the city, at least according to zagat.
