I know its early but there is a LaQuinta in Clifton, NJ, that is 5 miles from Met Life Stadium. Rooms are available for September 7th & 8th.

BTW, LaQuinta is one of my favorite mid priced chains out there. They have a few stinker properties but most are very nice values. The LaQuinta I stayed at in NOLA was awesome. I had a corner suite room for about $85 a night.

BTW, LaQuinta's first property in CNY is opening in March next to Turning Stone. So you coming from Albany eastward...might consider staying there on football weekends.
