I don't know anything about Syracuse directly, but on Podcast Ain't Played Nobody, they said a lot of schools aren't even bothering to promote their high school camps. If there is a camp season, it's likely to be abbreviated. Listen to the whole episode because it's an interesting discussion.
This could be bad news for recruiting for Cuse - the staff relies a lot on camp evaluation. Whether this means a more localized recruiting class, a smaller recruiting class, or more flyers is yet to be seen. Not anything definitive yet, just something to think about.
