Law & Order is famous for doing stories "ripped from the headlines". I assume they'll do something based on the Penn State scandal- but maybe they've already done it:

Did they somehow have knowledge of what was going on at Penn State? Were they anticipating this being made public? (Of course it's not like this sort of thing has never gone on before.)
