Read these 2 recent headlines again:
First: "Bronco Mendenhall fills Virginia Vacancy, Leaves Syracuse as one of Best Jobs Available"

Might as well read "Syracuse is the Best of the Leftovers!" What the? Are they trying to sabotage the coaching search process?

And then this one: "Syracuse Job would be Major Pay Raise for Babers."

Read: "Hey Babers! Your Pay Sucks!" Or, "If Babers Takes Syracuse Job it's because He is Getting Paid." Reading it the first way only encourages the shaming of Bowling Green to up the ante, and reading it the second way says money is the most enticing thing about Syracuse.

Is there a conspiracy going on here?

I don't know. You can just as easily choose another group of words. I'm not one of the people usually critical of Syracuse.com. I read it every day. But those statements make me wonder. Conspiracy is probably too harsh a word though. May edit that last line out

It appears they may be spewing, 'pay attention to me, please!' Since many of their articles/info. seemingly are based on what other people are saying, versus, having any direct relationship with the powers that be up on the Hill.
