There's a video circulating where a Syracuse player recently did a 3 rep squat of 670 lbs. I tried to look for it on here but didn't see it. Anyone know who it was or have the video? I saw it on Facebook. In any case, I had never seen a video like this before. Looks like the S&C portion of the program has it's back to the wind.
