It is so much of an advantage to get these young men into the program in January when we can. It gives them 8 months of pre-season to get used to our unique playing style. These young men greatly increase their chances of making an impact this year by enrolling now.

Im certainly good with that and I suspect Dino is ahead of the curve on this. Attrition happens we all know that just don't want to get caught with our pants down.
