Didn‘t he used to post on this board for awhile? Guess he either went to the dark side (boneyard) , or wanted to see what it was like with the lights on (syracusefan.com).

Someone later posted on the ‘boneyard” in that thread that Andre Jackson turned Syracuse down because he wanted playing time. May have been true but his decision opened the door for Syracuse signing a recruit that is/was a way more important contributor to Syracuse’s success this year than Jackson (and I was a strong supporter of his) would have been in his entire college career.

Thank you UCONN for convincing Andre to go to your school and for providing Kadary Richmond with the opportunity to sign with Syracuse. Oh yeah, Richmond was destined for UCONN until their coaching staff signed Andre Jackson.

This ranks in my mind real close to the time Julius Hodge dropped Syracuse and went to NCST and left the door open for Hakeem Warrick to sign with Syracuse. The rest of the story they say is history.
