And, with the new deck, you can't see the scoreboard from the left field concession stands so You couldn't keep track of what was happening. I assumed from the line that we had a capacity crowd but in the stands it was anything but. As you say, it was about 4,000, a good crowd but nothing special. They even had cardboard cut-outs in some seats.

I didn't see any way to circumnavigate the field, which I've always wanted to be able to do. There would have to have bene a walk-way across the bullpens but I didn't see one. But I enjoyed being able to see the game from a different angle. I love changing my perspective during a game. All seats are now assigned but they've built so many 'unofficial' places from which to watch the game that they've made it much more interesting. i love the shelves you can lean against and put your drink or whatever on, while you pause to take in the game from a particular spot. The outfield decks are great and I loved the picnic tables under the restaurant . That's a great view. I haven't tried the restaurant yet. It looks like a fancy version of a concession stand but has an elegant look to it. Really, the place looks like a palace compared to what we had.

if you are even a casual baseball fan in this area, get out to the ball park! It was as much fun going there and seeing what they had as it will be seeing the new and improved Dome this fall.
