For those that know the new Coach: Will Red continue to emphasize individual player skills development by spending practice time on players working exclusive with their position coaches apart from team practices. I've heard this approach to using alloted practice time as the "Syracuse Way". This approach partially explains why JB decided things limited on both D and O.
