Hi Everyone,

Right now were targeting FSU as the yearly board tailgate.

However, due to the size of last years crowd we are trying to determine if catering the event would be the way to go versus trying to have multiple cook for 4+ hours to feed everyone.

Does anyone have a contact or an in with a local restaurant or catering company.

We are certainly open to suggestions but keep in mind we need to keep the price reasonable if at all possible. We are working on payment options at this time. Stay tuned for more info.

Also, those coming in for Maryland...fret no more...Maryland will also be a targeted tailgate for out of towners.

We will definitely cap the FSU tailgate...so when the info comes out...don't wait too long to sign up.

Planning a trip around the ND game - tie the MD game the week before OR the Louisville game the week after.
We were leaning towards L'ville but now I am not so sure I want to wait. If you are targeting MD we will probably do a Terp tie-in trip (for all you alliteration fans). Sounds like fun.

Either game should have a great turnout and an awesome tailgate spread. Whichever game you cant lose.

I hear this guy is great, you can contact him on Twitter - @smokeincbbq Here is his tag line and website:

Real Pit BBQ Catering Done Right. Locally Sourced Whenever Possible. Feeding Parties From 10 to 300 People. 315-558-1009

I've not personally had his BBQ but he does setup at a few different locals spots on the weekends. You could shoot him a tweet and ask if he's got anything going on this weekend where you could try his food.

There is limp lizard and peppino's for catering

I got the info on peppinos. It's an option but we have to talk to SU about having a set up like that in the lot.

If we go BBQ, I just assume stick with Dino, they've always been very accommodating.

There's also Brooklyn Pickle just depends on the cost
