Just based off my perception, and not looking into the Vegas line:
Likely to lose: Missou, ASU,

May lose- South Carolina, Texas, San Diego State, USF, Kentucky,

Likely to Win: North Texas, NC State, Duke, Iowa

Bye- Utah, Cal, Colorado, Boise St.

I'm guessing no. We could win 45-10 and if every other team won, we wouldn't jump anyone.

Nice catch...No, I don't think they will. I've just always seen Wisky, as Wisconsin. I saw the directional qualifier and assumed it was a 1AA. They move into the "May Lose" category.
