Tailgate like Syracruz in Buffalo this weekend vs Tampa?

My wife has been wanting to go to a Bills game for years. This is her first one. We’d love to join a tailgate similar to Syracruz where we pay for food and/or drinks. We can and most likely bring our own drinks anyway.

Any suggestions on such a tailgate? It would be two couples from FAyetteville-Manlius area traveling in for the game. Total of 4 adults.
