I realize we are lacking in the talent department and I'm willing to give it time because obviously a coach isn't going to come in and grab everything he needs right away.

But how much better will the talent get? We've been a losing program for a very long time. I just don't see what will cause a sudden uptick in quality players. You might get lucky with one or two future NFL players but will we ever have a roster worthy of being top 25 top to bottom?

can't blame everything this year on player talent. coaches are paid (or should be) to adapt to what the players are capable of doing. tired of hearing about scheme - you owe it to the kids to put them in a positon to succeed.

Please tell me what scheme or position we could put these players in that it would be better?

Having never seen DeVito or Culpepper play, I do wonder whether Dungey starts next year. He looks great from time to time. However, when he looks lost, he looks REALLY lost.
