Shots just aren't falling right now. If you look, most of the shots they get are good shots. Getting Triche going from the outside would be huge.

Our points per possession prove that our "anemic half court offense" is a fallacy. This team is good enough to sleep walk to New Orleans as long as we're in Boston.

No sleep walking. This team has proved it has to work real hard on defense, struggle to get its share of rebounds, and get contributions from 5 or 6 guys every night. Get the turnovers, convert in transition.
There isn't a lot of separation right now between the play of SU and the play of ND & Marquette.
Now, if BT or Kris can hit some shots, or if Melo can put up double figures, different story. But it sure looks like we are a team that needs to grind every time out.

I think that the cold outside shooting has actually benefited this team greatly. We were averaging 20 shots from behind the arc and taking several long jumpers each game when they stopped dropping. We've taken 16 or fewer from 3pt. range and averaged just 13 attempts over the past 4 games. Out of necessity, the team has focused much more on getting to the basket as of late and although it has not been pretty at times, if and when the shooters regain their rhythm, the offense will be even harder to handle in the half court.

Good point, he hit a ton of big momentum changing baskets earlier in the season
