Some took quite a while, and some made significant jumps from year to year. Yeah, it's nice to have an all alum staff. But, logically, it makes no sense for a guard to coach centers. Or vice versa. None. Maybe there has been no actual damage, but we don't know that and it's not an objective or rational choice to continue in that manner. Thst kind of thinking doesn't fly in any other arena where results are directly calculable, so why do we need to feel like we owe our guys the benefit of the doubt in such a critical component of our team?
