Playing for one of the best coaches in college basketball, a Hall of Famer, and for the chance to win a national title also helps.

The Spartans need depth in the post, meaning Thompson could get some major playing time right away. We will see what happens with the four-star power forward’s recruiting process, but time is running out for him to make a decision on where to start classes in the fall."

If he was going to go to MSU I think he would have announced the week after his visit.   Does anyone really know if there is any truth about the mom's feelings for JB and SU?
