I thought Inoue-Donaire (Batamweight Tournament Final) was lined up for late summer/early fall, but I guess not. Intriguing fight (to a boxing purist fan like me), but not a “big media interest” match by any means.

As you’ve previously stated, “TBA” is code for “an eventually soon-to-be-named career sparring partner we’ve never heard of” to feed the “branded star” that the promoter aligned media conglomerate is marketing...

I guess boxers make better money these days sitting in a promoter’s stable and bragging on social media than they do fighting each other... Seems a shame to waste athletic prime in the gym. Rather than test yourself in the ring often, improve and prove you are the best.
