DFB's biggest weakness has been, IMO, sticking by people too long. I think the staff shakeup was needed solely to address recruiting. It's not a disaster but it needs another ace, or at least a couple strong recruiters, to help Swag Daddy. What DFB does with offensive side will tell me what I need to know about his eventual fate. His view on offense seems to be cultish, and his choice of staffing on the O side has reflected that. I would be shocked if he replaced Gilbert. Very interested to see what he does with the O staff.

It’s disappointing that Wildhack is retaining this HC and letting him jettison coaches. What type of good replacement is going to come here knowing the ice is thin.
