Yes, but keep in mind she is a PSU grad. She tweets about them too.
 

"Hayden Rucci told us that Virginia Tech, Wisconsin, Michigan State, Northwestern, Duke, and Syracuse are the big schools standing out in his recruitment. VT is the only ones of those schools who hasn’t offered yet though that may change soon. Rucci also told us that he already plans to take official visits to Michigan State and Wisconsin this spring while the Spartans and Duke are recruiting him the hardest."
 
Its still a bit early and we will get on him in a couple months I'm sure. We need to keep our legacies.
