Jersey. Committed as a Junior, had schollie pulled, senior year he got his grades together, they reoffered, he recommitted. Ped State goes down, he bails and commits to Rutgers. Kid dissed RU twice, now with no where to go, goes back to RU.
Funny, PSU will STILL play in front of 100k fans and will still play a B10 schedule. RU will play in front of 30k and play Norfolk and Texas Southern and maybe go to beef bowl.
