This could be a 'then' and 'now' situation. Back then (IIRC), I agree with CL - very dismissive, disrespectful, immature, duplicitous, etc. We responded by serving justice on the boilermakers (on the road) with prejudice. But the 'now' is: we're back; the new staff is recruiting at a different level; and (due respect to the old staff) Fran is not going to brook any nonsense no matter who it is. So I'm trusting Fran on this one.

Fran will fish it out I’m sure and if he doesn’t seem like he fits the culture he’ll go the way of Will Norman. This is a program and you can’t risk that over talented bad apples.
