The season is back on.
-I’m a huge JJ detractor but he showed some serious stones.
-I wish I could tell you I am surprised that Tennessee somehow got a layup full court with .5 seconds left on the clock, but after what we’ve been through the last few years I’m not even least bit surprised.
-Sadiq was huge on both ends. Showed a ton of heart. He will be beloved here.
-I feel sick, exhausted and joyful if that makes any sense.
The season is back on.

But it’s a building block.

I would still like it if the staff looked at how we consistently passed around the perimeter for zero effect, while Tenn moved it with purpose and effect.

Has anyone seen Tenn play before? Was that them at their worst? I don’t see a top 15 team. Good defense + Carey, not much else.

It will go unnoticed because it doesn't show up in the box score, but Kingz' defense on their PG is a major reason why we won the game and why they constantly looked out of sorts on offense.
